Hi, I’m Ade. I am a registered nurse who believes every person deserves compassionate, expert healthcare advocacy, whether in education or the courtroom.

Nursing Education Consulting: Building Bridges Through Learning

What drives me? Solving problems that matter. I love bringing teams together to tackle challenges and create real change.  That’s the heart of my work as a nursing education consultant.

My background in orthopedic and sports trauma nursing gave me strong clinical expertise, but it was my experience as a private caregiver while pursuing my PhD that shaped my passion. I’ve always loved working with older adults – listening to their stories, learning from their resilience, and encouraging my students to approach care with empathy and trust.

In suburban communities, I’ve also worked closely with older adults with limited English proficiency (LEP). These individuals often face unique challenges with hospital-to-home transitions, isolation, and access to healthcare. I am passionate about developing continuing education curricula that empower healthcare staff to better support these vulnerable populations and improve access to quality care.

My path into legal nurse consulting began with a personal experience that revealed just how complex the medical system can be. While AI tools can extract data, they lack the nursing judgment, objectivity, and caring insight that uncover what’s truly relevant.

With expertise in geriatric, orthopedic, and trauma nursing, and years of academic and clinical education, I collaborate and connect  attorneys to cut through medical uncertainty with clarity and confidence.
